Best Ever Vegan Bliss Balls

This is the only vegan bliss ball recipe you will ever need! There are so many bliss ball recipes out there, but having played around with a quite a few of them, we’ve come up with these ultimate, chocolatey goodies that are offset with delicious tart cranberries.

  • 3 tbs almond butter
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¾ cup almonds
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 10 dates
  • 10 prunes
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 50 grams dried cranberries
  • Enough shredded coconut to coat balls
  1. Put everything except for the cranberries in a food processor and blend to a paste for about 5 – 10 minutes. If the ingredients crumble instead of building a smooth but firm paste, add a bit more milk
  2. Move the paste to a bowl, add cranberries and mix gently with a spoon
  3. Form balls and coat with shredded coconut, store in the fridge and enjoy!
